Underfloor Requirements

Type of Underfloor:

The following are suitable bases for laying Topflor:

- V100 panels

- Old flooring such as
......PVC (if stuck down securely)
......Wooden floors
......Ceramics
......Linoleum
......Thin pile carpet
......Needle felting

- Cement flooring
- (max. residual humidity 2.0 CM %)

- Anhydrite and anhydrite screed
- (max. residual humidity 0.3 CM %)*

- Mastic asphalt
- (without measuring after cooling)*

- Magnesium screed
- (max. residual humidity 3.0 CM %)*


The following are unsuitable bases for laying Topflor::

- Long-pile, think carpets
- (too soft, need to be removed)

- Magnesium oxychloride flooring
- (too much residual humidity)


*Without a surveyor's report on the residual humidity, the manufacturer cannot recognize a complaint.
