Possible
Problem Areas

In places where there are, for example, heating pipes or room
dividers jutting out of the floor, please first cut the panel
to the correct length, lay the panel down next to its actual
position, measure the cavities with the ruler and mark them.
Bore in the marked places,
not forgetting the 8 mm gap on each side! (This means that the
hole diameter = diameter of heating pipe + 16 mm expansion joint.)
Saw the panel at a 45 degree angle to the holes. This increases
the size of the surface which is glued.
Glue the piece which
has been sawn off, put it behind the heating pipe, and (using
the draw knife) press it firmly to the rest of the piece.

If a door frame has to be shortened: lay one panel (with the
decor facing downward) against the frame. Use the handsaw to
shorten the door frame by the depth of the panel, then push
the panel under the frame with the decor facing upward.
In rooms that are more than 12 panel lengths long and
more than 8 panel widths wide, an expansion joint section
must also be inserted. This also applies to door openings, corridors
and corners. We recommend removing the tongues from the panels
so that there is enough scope for movement.
