The Qualities of Topflor Topflor's top quality comes from three sturdy layers: The UPPER LAYER consists of a resistant protective film and an attractive and decorative film, both of melamine resin. These are compressed to form a durable surface. The UNDERLAY consists of a thin, highly compressed HDF fiber layer E1. A moisture-resistant STABILIZING FILM on the lower side of the underlay reinforces Topflor's non-deformable properties.
